1. Agreement
By booking travel services through Travel With Pringle (hereinafter referred to as "the Agency"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Agency concerning the services provided herein.
2. Booking and Payment
Booking Requests: All booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service providers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). The Agency will use its best efforts to confirm the requested arrangements.
Quotations: All quotations are valid for the period specified. After this period, prices are subject to change without notice due to factors beyond the Agency's control, such as changes in supplier rates, currency fluctuations, and government taxes.
Deposits and Final Payment: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking. Full payment is typically due 90 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
Payment Methods: The Agency accepts credit cards authorizations, which will be used to process payments on supplier websites.
Pricing: The price of your travel arrangements will be as quoted at the time of booking. Prices may not include all taxes, fees, and surcharges, which will be itemized separately.
3. Changes and Cancellations by the Client
Changes: Any changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees charged by the Agency and/or the relevant service providers.
Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service booked and the policies of the individual service providers. Cancellation fees may apply and can be substantial, up to the full cost of the booking. The Client is responsible for understanding the specific cancellation policies applicable to their booking, which will be provided at the time of booking.
Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the policies of the relevant service providers and the Agency's administrative procedures. Please note that refunds may take time to process. Non-refundable components of the booking will not be refunded.
4. Changes and Cancellations by Service Providers
The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Client and various service providers. Occasionally, service providers may need to make changes to or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical issues, overbooking).
In the event of a significant change or cancellation by a service provider, the Agency will use its best efforts to notify the Client and assist in finding alternative arrangements or processing refunds in accordance with the service provider's policies.
The Agency is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred by the Client as a result of changes or cancellations made by service providers that are beyond the Agency's direct control.
